When shipping from US, orders will arrive in between 2-3 business days.
Important: In the case where our product at our US (Miami) warehouse becomes out of stock, we will automatically ship out from our oversees based warehouse.
Due to new US port overflows from tariffs, some of those orders may experience a delay.
When shipping from oversees, orders will be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:
PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.
If you're inside the US, your order will be shipped from our national warehouse located in Miami. If you're outside the US, orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency.
Due to the new tariffs, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from and the current state of the freight lines and when containers are released by customs after paying the newly required duties.
Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.
OUT OF STOCK:
Please rest assured that we always do everything we can to fulfill your order, especially knowing these pieces are often meaningful gifts for special moments. If an item happens to be out of stock at one location, we will ship it from another warehouse (even overseas) or from our own office inventory if needed. We’ve got you covered, and we won’t let you down!
RETURNS
We offer free returns, and offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you don't love your product, simply send it back and we will process your refund after it arrives. No questions asked!
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at m@gindiglobalpartners.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it again to the correct address.
